I was one of six head Executive Members elected by my chapter of over 100 brothers. My main job is to write a 100+ page report on what the chapter did throughout the year, including philanthropy events, the rush process, and the chapter's identity. Besides writing, I'm a key leader within the house and a representative to the outside. I work with the Executive Board to support active brothers and handle interactions with Nationals and the school.
In high school, I was elected by my teammates and coaches to be a team captain. My role was not only to be a face of the team but also to lead both in the locker room and on the field, setting the standard for the team.
In high school, I was selected to attend a 3-day retreat called the Leadership Conference. During this retreat, we discussed and learned about what it takes to be a leader, both within personal relationships and in the workforce.

Along with being a leader for the house and attending chapter every week, I also take on other side roles like apparel chair; where I design the clothes for the chapter to wear
